Drop-in Policy

At CrossFit Burlington, we love getting visitors. We believe new people bring a new energy to our space. Whether you’re dropping in for a single session or are sticking around for a couple of days, you’re more than welcome at our gym.

* PREREQUISITES: Have 3 months experience or more in a strength and conditioning facility that uses free weights (barbells, dumbbells, etc.) are comfortable with Olympic Lifting and variations of the snatch and clean and jerk, and does a variety of conditioning and bodyweight movements.
