Flexible Training Schedule to Fit Your Life

We offer group classes, semi-private training, and personal coaching throughout the week to fit your lifestyle. With morning, midday, and evening sessions, we make it easy for you to stay consistent, no matter your schedule. Weekend classes are available with a modified schedule, ensuring you can get a great workout while still enjoying your days off work.

CrossFit

This 60 minute class focuses on traditional CrossFit programming. CrossFit for an active life.

The Grind

This 60 minute class focuses on longer workouts. There are no barbells or complex gymnastic movements. A heavy focus on aerobic capacity.

The 40 min EMOM

This 40 minute EMOM covers it all. Strength, body awareness and endurance.

Strength Class

Focus on building strength in the major power lifts. Press, deadlift and squats.

The Legends

This CrossFit class is designed for people 55+. This class will foster independence, longevity and long-term health through functional movement.

Mobility Class

Class we offer every other Wednesday with Burlington PT.

The Phoenix

This free class is offered every Saturdays from 10:15am – 11:30am for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety.

Adaptive Training

We provide personalized 1-on-1 or small group training for adaptive athletes with the aim of enhancing Activities of Daily Living through a combination of strength training, community support, and functional fitness.

PushBack Program

Classes designed specifically for members of our community diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. PushBack creates varied workouts to enhance motor skills, improve balance, and boost over well-being.

Semi-Private Training

This class combines the best elements of personal training and group workouts. With a limited number of participants you get more individual programming, attention from the coach, and still enjoy the camaraderie of CFB.

Rotating Specialty Classes

Our specialty classes are designed to build specific skills and enhance your movement practice beyond daily CrossFit workouts. Coming in January, Small Group Gymnastics designed to help you improve your hollow/arch, kip swing, toes-to-bar, pull-ups/C2B, and bar + ring muscle-ups.
