We offer three unique specialty programs to enhance your training:

  • Mobility & Yoga
    Support recovery, improve flexibility, and move with more ease. These sessions focus on joint health, breath, and body awareness to help you feel and perform your best—in and out of the gym.
  • Rotating Specialty Class: Coming March 3, Small Group Teen Lift Class
    CFB Teen Lift is designed to teach teens how to move well and lift with intention. We focus on foundational movement patterns and proper mechanics, helping athletes build strength, confidence, and an understanding of how training supports performance, resilience, and long-term health. Capped at 8 people!
