Training

Training is what we do.  All of us are training for something in life.  Whether it be sport, activity, occupation, wellness, or simply,  life in general.  And all of us need a strength and conditioning program to support our performance goals.

Our CrossFit Burlington strength and conditioning program is designed to just that.  Our focus in our training methodology is to achieve a ‘general physical preparedness’ or GPP to allow us to conquer the unknown and unknowable.
