Daily Classes:

MON-FRI: 6am, 8am, NOON, 4pm, 5pm, & 6pm

SAT: 9am & 11am

FREE Group Intro Class:  SAT – 10am

Olympic Weightlifting – Level 2:  TUES & THURS – 6pm

Yoga:  WED – 6pm

Olympic Weightlifting – Level 1:  Clinics scheduled each month
